Stopped at a greenhouse today. Not the best cared for plants. Still look like they have enough life left in them to survive. No idea what species they are.

Have the dead pitchers and leaves cut off now. Photos above are how they arrived home.

Probably Ventricosa or Ventrata. If they're either then they're pretty hardy. Even though, they may need a little adjusting time and tlc. I'd keep them indoors with good lighting. Remember distilled (or rainwater) always and try to keep humidity up around 60% and temps appropriate for Highland neps (Ventricosa and Ventratas are pretty forgiving though)

Can you tell what they're planted in? Hard to tell from your pics. If they're in long fiber sphagnum moss (LFSM) with a little perlite (and some people add a little orchid bark too) then great. If not and you don't have LFSM, perlite, then I'd get shopping. It's available online through many carnivorous plant suppliers. If you need help you can message me and I'll give you some links if you're in the States.

Once you have your planting media resolved I'd be tempted to overhead water really well holding plant over the sink so it can drain well so no soggy roots. Hopefully it'll wash any salts out because you have no idea how they were watering your neps prior to your purchase but was probably with tap water.
