Re-pot-ing Nepenthes

So I'm not really repotting so much as re-pot-ing a couple plants because the plastic has become brittle over the years and cracked, or the pots are just gross with slime and black stuff. From an 8" plastic pot to an 8"plastic pot, and this 'thorellii' x campy looks a little pot bound...

But a lot of these things grow in crevices between rocks in a pile of muck out in the wild, so I'll just... leave it to its own devices. I'm happy to have plants with strong root systems.
 
Very nice roots you've got there. Given enough time they will really fill out a pot, won't they?
