By the way, thanks Joel for the Coccinea cutting.

Soaked stem in superthrive
potted in LFS
put in ziplock baggie
put under flourescents...

Sound good?

(first timer at the cutting thing)

I probably would have used a rooting hormone (rootone) instead of superthrive but it sounds like the conditions are ok... light and high humidity.

Sounds fine to me. But like Dyflam said a rooting powder is generally benifical to use on cuttings. Superthrive is generally used primarily AFTER the cutting has rooted. But either way sounds fine.

hey schloaty,
unless you have have really bright lights i would keep it outside in really bright light, it seems to thrive on good light.
and there is already alot of rooting hormone on the cutting.

cheers
