Whats wrong?

Hey i think somethings wrong with my n. rafflesiana

 You see, black spots have been apearing on my n. rafflesiana (even on its new sprout)

It's really hard to tell what the problem is from the images you posted. Could you provide some which are well focussed?

From the looks of it (like Jeff said, it is quite blurry) but it looks to me like the growing point might be in big trouble...
 
looks to me that the growing point is dieing off some reason or another.

give the plant high humidity, warm conditions, and make sure the potting mix doesn't dry out at all. sooner or later it should grow another growing point hopfully.

i would cut the tip off right after the black spot and hopfully it won't go any further.
