hey guys,
well i dont post to often here so I decided to show some of my plants.

first a picture of the whole N.truncata x veitchii  the pitchers  on this one are about 14 inch

Slightly off topic question... it looks like you are growing them in a greenhouse... yes?
 
They look nice. What is that compost? It looks like peat/sand with maybe some perlite in it.

greenhouse grown. and for the mix
1 part of orchid bark,peat,perlite,vermiculiteshagnum moss

no sand

I have a truncata but it's just a baby. So it will take a looooooooong time for it to grow like that!

nice pictures! Am I correct in stating that your two
truncata x veitchii plants have a different degree in peristome
colouring? My specimen has almost no colouration at all,
except for a few stripes. Conditions it grows in are ok, other
plants get a 'normal' colour and it now produces 20 cm
pitchers.
