I looked up the name Nepenthes wilkei in Flora Malesiana and seems it is a synonym of Nepenthes phillipinensis. A quick synopsis is:
terrestrial climber to 10 meters tall
leaves up to 28cm
lower pitchers up to 16cm, upper pitchers to 18cm
low altitude growing (lowland)
As Swords has said it is generally known as N. philippinensis. Below is some info on it:-
N. philippinensis (syn wilkiei) -Prefers warm and humid conditions as for other lowland species. N. philippinensis does best in very bright light.
