Nice Andenes, I wish that my Ventrata is that nice

Looks very nice Andenes.

BjornNorman- N. x ventrata is very fast growing so you should have a nice plant in the near future.

Are there any issues with the wire basket?

Why do you say that Dyflam?

The salts that form when the metal wire (zinc coated steel?

) oxidizes is supposed to be harmful to Neps; it says something like this in The Savage Garden book. I don't use bare metal wire baskets for that reason. I think that the prefabricated palm tree fiber pot will protect the plant for a while since they tend to repell water on the outside. Don't take my word for it though.

Really? I didn't know that.... Well at least its protected

For a year I guess.

thats weird, I have trouble seeing a wire frame causing issues, since rain and watering would flush it away anyways, and I see them in wire baskets all the time but maybe some plants are more sensitive then others?
