All Nepenthes would need extra humidity to perform well. N. Gracilis would need extra humidity to perform but N. Ventricosa could stand low humidity conditions due to their waxy leaves and heavy pitchers.
Ventricosa can grow just fine on a window sill.
N. gracilis has thinner leaves and may take an adjustment period, but I think it could still be grown out of your terrarium. Try and make the change more gradual.
