You could send a message to Phil.  Not sure if they have N. bicalcarata but worth a try.  

You could also type in bicalcarata in any internet search engine and find a number of nurseries.  Another nice place to search is the ICPS webring. ICPS

N. bicalcarata needs warm temperatures year round.

Warm temps is a nessesity! If not it will be slow and deformed when it does put out a leaf. Lowest I would allow one to get is 60F should really be up in the 70-80's
