these pics are a few weeks old. hope you like them. Zongyi

Nice plants Zongyi!  I ordered a Ventricosa in the mail, so I don't have one yet.  So I was wondering, do Ventricosa red usually have those jutting out veins and an N. Alata shape?  (Slim column shaped with a more bulbous bottom)  Maybe it is just the angle of the pic.

 Nice plants.

Odysseus- i am not sure, but i still don't have a pitcher that has that 'waist'. the pithcers are getting fatter and more truncated. maybe my ventricosa is getting fat

. I don't really know about the veins. they could be wrinkles on the pitcher. that pitcher was pretty old when i took the pic. they kinda get redder with age. new pitchers are fairly smooth. hope that helps. Zongyi
