Miracle grow rooting hormone

Hey guys my mom loves to shop at walmart and they were redoing there garden center (lots of deals bags of peat moss for 1 buck!) and she found rooting hormone for really cheap its from miracle grow, and i'd like to use it to root some nep cuttings, it says fast root brand active ingrediants:
Inole 3 butryic acid
it is a wettable powder, I'd just like to see what some of the nep experts here think

If it is simply IBA then fine. I would just double check and make sure it doesn't have any fertilizer in it.. Miracle Grow likes to toss their fertilizer into everything they package.

hmm..... Never know what INERT may actually be.
I make my own rooting hormone.

1) IBA
2) 6 endomicrorhiza
3) 6 ectomicrorhiza
4) Cytokinin
5) fish emulsion
6) atlantic kelp extract
7) agar powder

Great stuff
