Good old postie!

Just discoverd by chance that my recently ordered N.lowii x truncata and N.lowii x ventricosa had been left outside over night! And on one of the coldest nights so far...
But the sturdy insulating polystyrene box seems to have protected them, and they are now potted up in my "heated" greenhouse. Fragile live plants means nothing to the Royal Mail!

Ouch. Maybe you should order during the summer only. Like June, or May. At least here in the states they put a little sticker on it that says: "Live Plants, keep away from heat and cold". Of course no one in the postal service give a care about the labels anyway.
