Well, she lives in Canada....so let me see.
First of all N. villosa is a very hard plant for a lot of us. I have grown 25 years and not tried it, as I don't have a cool enough place to grow it. I would not recommend it until you have a few plants under your belt.
The easiest of these is probably N. rafflesiana. It is a lowlander, and probably does not like temps below 70 F. I think others on here have said it does not like humidity fluctuations either. BTW, I would go for at least 70% humidity on an Nepenthes.
N. coplandii and N. fusca are intermediate/highland(the first might be mostly intermdiate), and N. sibuyanensis is a easy highlander. This group might be good in Cananda.
If you have not grown any Nepenthes, you might want to start with N. alata, N. ventricosa or N. x ventrata(the hybrid of the two). Those are the easiest, as they are very forgiving in temps compared to most.
Dustin and Jeff would give better advice on these than me, but that is my take on it.
