Sowing Utric Seeds?

I can't find anything about this, so I'm asking here. How should I sow them. Can I use pure peat. I have pubescens seeds.
 
sure. the peat should almost be waterlogged. utric seeds have a ridiculously short shelf life so i'd plant them asap before you lose them all.
