Fungus on U. Sandersonii?

Is this a Fungus?
Or Hairs?

The Area in question is the fuzz near the flowers, i have seen it on the stocks and the flowers. If I touch it, it falls off, if I blow on it, it blows off......i think it is affecting the growth of the plants

If it is a fungus, how can I rid the plants of it? has anyone seen this before? or dealt with this?

Yeah, the last time I had that on my Utrics, they all died.

You might wanna get rid of it.

Spray the plant with Trichoderma solution thoroughly. Last time I had this on my plants it helped.

How is air circulation around the plants?

Just today I actually found some similar, what appears to be mold, on a patch of my recently acquired Utrics. Although they still seems healthy, I sprayed them with a 10% alcohol solution lightly, and finally got around to installing my CPU fan near them, to give a nice cross breeze...the rest of my plants needed it anyway. Think I tackled the problem ok?

yup. most fungus like that happens because there's inadequate ventilation. air movement greatly helps.
