Utricularia calycifida

Still need to get one of these. The veins in the leaves are rather interesting!

Too much light is bad for it? Now I know why mine never looked like this.

That is very healthy and nice looking! I haven't seen this one so thanks for sharing!

Its so pretty! I love the way the leaves look. I'm going to have to add this to my want list :-D

Its an interesting little species, the veins seem to show on the new leaves and fade away as the leaves get a few weeks older.

Beautiful! Love the veins. I didn't know there was such a thing as too much light for CP's. :p

Can you elaborate on your recipe for growing this one? Is that orchid bark as a top-dressing? Very nice plant!

I grow this plant as a highland, with a good temperature drop at night.
In a terrarium at 80% RH. I water once or twice a week, and i grow this lil salad in 50% coconut husk chunks, 25% peatmoss and 25% limestone.

Thanks for sharing how you care for them. When you water twice a week, do you tray water or do you water from the top? Does it sit in a tray and when the tray drys is that when you rewater?

No standing water. I water 1oz from the top one or two times a week.

Thanks for the compliments :-]
