U.australis - dormancy?

Hi Guys,

It's autumn in sydney right now, it appears from what i've read, the U.australis is beginning to go into dormancy. There're little hairy bulbs appearing at the end of the turons.

what should I do with the water level at this stage and when it eventually goes dorment?
