Looks like U. uliginosa to me. But it could be many things. It would probably flower if you grew it as a terrestrial, then we would know for sure.
 
Thanks for info! I am growing it emerged now. No flower yet.
 
Someone is smarter than me, lol. After looking at the pic, and then the comments, I had to go back to notice it was underwater.

adaptable lil buggers arent they. i would go with dodecatheon guess, hes been at it longer than most of us. it looks more or less like about a half dozen species i have including U. uliginosa.
