Someone who can speak

It's in portuguese: Herb found on rocks, flowers (matizada: never seen this word) pink and white.
 
I shoudl have trusted my instincts and knowledge that in Brazil portuguese is spoken.
 
I guess you could translate it as "patterned" pink and white. Probably it was white and had pinkish venation.

I went to the Serra dos Carajás in search of this plant in 2000. Carajas is the biggest iron ore mine in the world and the scenery is really cool, with low vegetation growing directly on the ore. But Carajas is deep in the Amazon, in a really dangerous area dominated by illegal loggers & miners.
I found a few Utrics, but not U.physoceras, which is only known from this place -- but I don't think I wanna go back to that sh*t hole again!!!
