whats the relationship between spiders and vfts?

i left my vft outside and the next day it had webbing all over it
do spiders eat vfts?

Check to ensure that the webbing is from a spider and not spider mites or any other type of mite. I've had spiders make webs on the open media around VFTs. Spiders are yummy snacks that leave behind a nice exoskeleton and can sometimes attract other bugs in to traps!

Yummy for VFTs... that's... that's what I ment.... Yes... :shifty eyes:

Yes indeed. Spiders are tasty (for VFTs that is). Here is a picture of a dried spider husk I discovered the other day (click to open 189kb full size picture)
