I like drosera.
Is he healthy or should I repot him? I have never grown a sundew before, only pitcher plants and VFTs, so I wouldn't know.???
 
I don't see a picture or know what sundew you have. Was this a "Lowes cube of death" plant? Then likely you have a D. adelae or D. spatulata. Neither plant require a dormancy and grow very nicely at window sills. do you have this:

It's a D. Capensis I believe and it looks fine to me. I'd leave it alone!

Not sure of your lighting but they grow well at window sills, all year long. artificial lighting ought be 4-6" above the plant.
 
That's where mine grow Jim, in a west window. With the D. Adelae. They do great there!
