dente vs dentate

thbjr

Don't eat me,... Mr. Flytrap
Is there any differance, besides the spelling? ???

nope. dente is part of the Dentate group. wich also includes saw tooth, microdent, dente and red pirhanna.

OK, so a dente is a dentate, but a dentate is not necessarily a dente.

To my understanding... 'Dente' and 'Dentate' are just incorrect... The correct (established cultivar name) is 'Dentate Traps'
