BBC One - Life - Jaws of Death

Some great shots. Does anyone know if the BBC has done a whole show on CPs? If so, where to find it?
 
I've been wathcing those shows! They're awsome I watch them whenevere they're on now, and I record them.. heehee.

Hehehe, the sounds are funny :p I think there's a couple of vids on CPs in The Private Life of Plants, and another Nepenthes vid in Planet Earth.
 
The sound effects made me lol. But then the flies at the end looked so sad. :<
 
The squealing noise they used during the trapping sequence in this video was rather distressing. Flies don't squeal, at least not at human audible levels... Imagine the chorale of horror we'd hear on our patios in the summer if they did! :D

For longer vids, the PBS show Nature did a program called "Death Trap" which is an hour all about different CP's. I got my copy off ebay.

Remember the "The Fly" the original version. . . the last 20 seconds of this BBC clip reminded me of "Help me, help me" :-))

i went to the bbc website
and they doing a thing called series called life
there is one for plants but you cant watch it unless your from the uk

geffcardo, I can see all as I am in the UK ;-)

The BBC spends thousands on the life stuff, and the have a lot cool stuff... I am not sure how many there are, but we are on 9 now.

But last time they released the whole set on DVD.

you see that on 1080 HD.. so amazing how clear that is.. sound effects just made it that much better :-O
