root rot

Is there a way to treat root rot?

On what genus?

As a last ditch effort for any plant, you can either trim the rotted tissues away and hope for the best, or clip the roots off completely and hope that they can reroot on their own.

Dionaea m. Ginormous. Does it look like it? I see new growth.

I don't see anything wrong with that plant. It looks quite healthy, actually. Rot on Dionaea would set in on the rhizome, not the roots, both of which look healthy.

If anything, it looks like it could use more light.
