How many traps should a VFT have?

It depends.

5-7 seems average tho.

It depends what kind of flytrap it is and how old it is, some can have hundreds.

I have a dente that is about 3 or 4 years old and it has around 50 traps right now.

Dude that is alot of traps...

On average 6 to 10 traps.

I got one today from home depot with about 20...only a single trap dead...
