Does anyone out there know if "BRITA" filtered water is ok to use on VFTs. Just got some and would prefer not to kill them

I wouldnt take the chance with it, I dont think itll work, collect some rainwater, use reverse osmosis water or distilled/deionised water (i got a gallon of de-ionised water for £2 from a motor factors)

Hope this helps.

The brita takes out the bacteria, but leaves behind the minerals, which is primarily what will make the CP's sick. They thrive in mineral poor soils, and need to "nothing" of reverse osmosis, rain or distilled.

Thanks everyone, guess I'll stick to just drinking with the BRITA and get some distilled H2O. Wish me luck...
