Hi everyone, my two semi-mature green dragons are growing small traps (1/2 long) and I don't know why. They are opening at this length even though I am giving them ample sunlight and purified water. I havent fed them in a month. Someone please help me out. Thanks!

Maybe you need to let your semi-mature plants get fully mature. Everyone wants large traps and typically they want them now (like me). If the plant is healthy and producing new traps it's ok. Don't let the small traps stop you from feeding, as long as the food isn't too big.
