Repotting

Hi eveyone

i am a old member signing on again I had moved to Georgia. I have just bought a VFT from Lowe's and I want to know when should I repot them, if I do need to repot them what type of soil mixture should I use

It is wisest to wait until late dormancy - February - when the plant is in too deep of a sleep to notice. Most people seem to go with a 50/50 mix of LFS and peat. There is a lot of leeway

i get my plants from lowes also, but i leave them in their pot because the pot they come in is usually just right
