Fly trap food

You can feed them anything almost... the main rule of thumb is just make sure the insect if 1/3 of the size of the trap so it fits in nice and neat. Also just INSECTS, that means no meat, and other stuff. The only insect's that don't do well in feeding are the following- catapillars, worms, moths, and other things that protrude out of the trap.
So all flys, mosquitoes, ants, ect. should work fine.

Don't feed it anything that could cut it's way out too. So that's nothing with huge fangs. Also, nothing too small, it'll either escape or isn't worth the plant's effort.

Some folks have bad experiences with ladybugs.

Quick question: can they eat slugs. I found some baby slugs, lots of meat on them, and very easy to catch

, would they make good food?

Slugs usually mealt too easy and end up rotting (yum!), or find a way to chew out. But maybe with a little salt?
