Hi C.F. and welcome to the forums! I think that whomever is getting the 3 plants is getting the better deal. All 4 plants are easy enough to acquire.

Like Scott said above, they are common plants. I'd think just starting out getting 3 plants to 1 is a better deal, unless you are really attached to your plant.
