Why is P. moranensis producing deformed leaves?

My friend gave me this plant a few weeks ago. He was growing it in his greenhouse (first pic) and I moved it to my grow tank (2nd pic) and it started making these floppy looking leaves instead of laying flat.
Can you help me?

Details on your growing conditions would be more than helpful:

What are your light sources? How many hours of light? How close to the lights is the plant? What are your day and night temperatures? What are your day and night Relative Humidity readings? How do you water them? How often do you water them? How much do you water them? What kind of water do you use?

My ping is growing okay, but the leaves still look like this. Is this a normal cycle for them?
