Berries are ripening on my plant all the time. I'll mail out all the seeds that are ready to go when the auction closes (probably 20+). They germinate fast, and may start while in transit. I'll cover shipping in a regular old envelope with live sphagnum for padding. Bidding starts at $1.

I'm looking to round out my ant plant collection. Hydnophytum simplex doesn't seem to be very common in the US (it's easier to find in the UK) but maybe it has made its way over the ocean in recent years.

i just got a ton of utrics in the mail from canada, and i've only heard of a couple of them. i was wondering if they all need similar care to the regualr utrics (like livida, subulata, etc, i know alpina is special ) and i was wondering if any of them are particularly rare.

I have been reading one of my newest books CPs of New Zealand by Bruce Salmon and noticed that in the cultural information pertaining to Utricularia it states to plant Utrics at the edge of the pot.
I have planted mine in the center and they are slow to establish (had them a couple months now)...

Yesterday I received the following terrestrial utrics:
U. sandersonii
U. cornuta
U. simplex
U. caerulea
U. livida
U. tricolor
I mixed up a peat/sand planting medium and put it in 4" clear deli containers (so I can eventually see the bladders in the soil) at the moment the containers...
Just received U. tricolor, simplex, sandersonii....
Is there anything special about these plants. Or are they just easy, great plants to grow
( I think I have become addicted to utricularia now )
